AL and K Companies Pty (Ltd) (Registration number: 2021/507420/07), trading as 4 The Love of Shopping , a sole proprietary with limited liability duly incorporated in the Republic of South Africa. The Site incorporates the 4 The Love of Shopping Online Site and, except where the context otherwise indicates, references to “the Site” include the 4 the love of Shopping Online Site. The Site promotes the sale of the Company’s products as well as other products (collectively “the Products”).
This website Terms and Conditions govern the ordering, and delivery of goods, and the use of the Website. These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website (“you”, “your” or “user”), including without limitation each user who registers as contemplated below (“registered user”). By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register Now” button on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The 4 The Love of Shopping website enables you to shop online for an extensive range of goods including branded t-shirts, electronics, baby clothing, branding and more (“Goods”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to users who are consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”).
These Terms and Conditions contain provisions that appear in similar text and style to this clause and which –
- may limit the risk or liability of 4 The Love of Shopping or a third party; and/or
- may create risk or liability for the user; and/or
- may compel the user to indemnify 4 The Love of Shopping or a third party; and/or
- serves as an acknowledgement, by the user, of a fact.
- Your attention is drawn to these Terms and Conditions because they are important and should be carefully noted.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended or must be understood to unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any right or obligation, as the case may be, created for either you or 4 The Love of Shopping in terms of the CPA.
If there is any provision in these Terms and Conditions that you do not understand, it is your responsibility to ask 4 The Love of Shopping to explain it to you before you accept the Terms and Conditions or continue using the Website.
AL and K Companies Pty (Ltd) trading as 4 The Love of Shopping is a business in the corporate gifts and clothing industry that specialises in the sale of corporate/promotional gifts and apparel and the branding of these items.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and 4 The Love of Shopping chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

POPI Act Agreement and consent declaration:
All parties agree that they will comply with POPI regulations and process all the information and/or personal data in respect of the services being rendered in accordance with the said regulation and only for the purpose of providing the Services set out in the agreement to provide services.
This website, all the parties to this agreement, the service provider’s employees and the client’s employees and any subsequent party/parties to this agreement acknowledge and confirm that:
- One or more of the parties to this agreement, will possess and will continue to possess information that may be classified or maybe deemed as private, confidential or as personal information.
- Such information may be deemed as the private, confidential or as personal information in so far as it relates to any party to this agreement.

Registration and use of the website
Only registered users may order Goods on the Website.
To register as a user, you must provide a unique username and password and provide certain information and personal details to 4 The Love of Shopping. You will need to use your unique username and password to access the Website in order to purchase Goods.
You agree and warrant that your username and password shall:

- not be disclosed by you to any third party.
For security purposes you agree to enter the correct username and password whenever ordering Goods, failing which you will be denied access.
You agree that, once the correct username and password relating to your account have been entered, irrespective of whether the use of the username and password is unauthorised or fraudulent, you will be liable for payment of such order, save where the order is cancelled by you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to notify 4 The Love of Shopping immediately upon becoming aware of or reasonably suspecting any unauthorised access to or use of your username and password and to take steps to mitigate any resultant loss or harm.
By using the Website you warrant that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and of full legal capacity. If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. If your parent or legal guardian supervises you and gives his/her consent, then such person agrees to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to be liable and responsible for you and all your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that you will not in any way use any device, software or other instrument to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website. In addition, you agree that you will not in any way use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the Website or the information contained herein, without the prior written consent from an authorised 4 The Love of Shopping representative (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by Internet search websites to direct Internet users to this Website).
You may not use the Website to distribute material which is defamatory, offensive, contains or amounts to hate speech or is otherwise unlawful.
You may not in any way display, publish, copy, print, post or otherwise use the Website and/or the information contained therein without the express prior written consent of an authorised 4 The Love of Shopping representative.
Electronic Communications
When you use or visit this Site, or send electronic communications to the Site including, without limitation, e-mails or place orders for Products, you:
- consent to receiving communications from the Company electronically;
- agree that all notices, disclosures and other communications sent by the Company, including this Agreement, satisfies any legal requirements, including but not limited, to the requirement that such communications should be ‘in writing’;
- agree that the Company may use your information to contact you about promotions and special offers if you have indicated during registration that you would like to receive such information.
- You are entitled, at any stage, to opt out of this service.
- We shall not sell or rent information about you including, without limitation, your name, identity number, address, email address and contact telephone number (“personal information”) to any third parties; and
- agree that the Company may disclose your personal information in response to a specific request by a law enforcement agency, subpoena, court order, or as otherwise required by law, e.g. for accounting purposes.
- For security reasons, SMS’s may be sent to the recipient before delivery to let them know to expect something special.

- All rights are reserved to remove any posts from any social media pages as discrimination or prejudice is not tolerated. This means any cyber-bulling, or unsavoury remarks will be taken down. Remember to be nice to everyone.
- All rights are reserved to remove any comments from paid adverts on any social media sites.
- All winners for social media competitions are chosen with fair discretion.
- All efforts are made to reply to any queries on social media as quickly as possible.

- When you opt in to receiving communications from 4 The Love of Shopping, it may be through a number of channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other.
- These communications could pertain to your order or could be promotional messages.
Emails:
- Transactional Emails: Even though you may have unsubscribed from our mailing list, please note that when you place an order you will still receive emails of a transactional nature that are necessary for the successful completion of that order. Transactional emails are confirmations of the action and include purchase receipts, order confirmations, password resets and confirmations.
Product Pricing and Availability
The Products displayed on this Site are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications on Products and services offered on this Site without incurring any liability whatsoever.
Registered users may place orders for Goods, which 4 The Love of Shopping may accept or reject. Whether or not 4 The Love of Shopping accepts an order depends on the availability of Goods, correctness of the information relating to the Goods (including without limitation the price) and receipt of payment or payment authorisation by 4 The Love of Shopping for the Goods.
NOTE: 4 The Love of Shopping will indicate the acceptance of your order by delivering the Goods to you, and only at that point will an agreement of sale between you and 4 The Love of Shopping come into effect (the “Sale”). This is regardless of any communication from 4 The Love of Shopping stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. 4 The Love of Shopping will indicate the rejection of your order (by 4 The Love of Shopping) by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for any amount already paid.
Prior to delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any time provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may return the Goods only in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Placing Goods in a ‘wishlist’ or shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such Goods, and as such, Goods may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold 4 The Love of Shopping liable if such Goods are not available or are not available at the particular price when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase cycle at a later stage.
You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. In the case of Goods for sale by 4 The Love of Shopping, 4 The Love of Shopping will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, 4 The Love of Shopping will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such Goods.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
While every effort is made to ensure that our pricing is correct, there may be instances where an incorrect price is published. Where such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and should have reasonably been recognised by the customer as a mispricing, 4 The Love of Shopping may cancel any orders placed and refund the customer.
Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice as and when required, and are usually linked to changes in the Rand Dollar exchange rate.
Please note that the price quoted is the price of the product shown at the time that you placed the order, even if the price of the order has since changed.
The price of each Product is the price displayed on the 4 The Love of Shopping Site. In the event of a Product being on special, this price will be displayed. All prices are quoted in South Africa Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT at the rate of 15%, unless otherwise stipulated. Prices are only valid on the Site. Delivery costs are calculated based on a standard courier rate.
Whilst all precautions are taken by the Company to provide the correct pricing on this Site, in the event that an error does occur, the Company will make every effort to contact you to cancel the purchase and provide a full refund for the original amount paid. As such, the Company will not be obliged to provide you with the affected Product at such incorrect price.
Payment
We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
Whether the Goods are for sale by 4 The Love of Shopping, payment may be made for Goods via the following methods (depending on its availability and/or your eligibility to use such a method)
- Debit and or credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;
Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the Goods
Prior to delivery of the Products to you, the Company shall be entitled to debit the Credit Card supplied by you on acceptance of your order should you be paying with a Credit Card.
Should you pay for the Products via EFT the Products will only be delivered to you once your payment has cleared in the Company’s bank account, and is reflected as a payment on the Company’s bank statement within 3 working days of date of the placement of your order.
When you have added a product to your basket, you have to make a payment before you can finish placing your order. You have gone through the process and now you are at the payment options page. You have to choose a payment method (usually this is by credit card, but you can use one of the alternative payment options provided) by clicking the appropriate payment button.

Colors
4 The Love of Shopping has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the Products that appear on the Site. As the actual colors you see will depend on your computer’s monitor we cannot guarantee, however, that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Artwork
The Company endeavours to match your artwork as closely as possible. However, in the event that specific printing is required, the Client is to note the following:
Photographic Images: High resolution JPEG Format
Interlaced PNG for transparent backgrounds
Vector Images converted to curves
Word files only as layout samples: please send artworks separately as accepted file format.
Copyright: When putting an order into 4 The Love of Shopping, the customer accepts sole responsibility for any possible copyright infringements and the reproduction of images. It is believed that you are the owner of the design that you supply or have the permission to reproduce submitted artwork files.
Confirmation of Orders
Orders placed on the 4 The Love of Shopping Site constitute your offer to purchase Products subject to this Agreement. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by the Company when payment is received from the issuing bank in the case of payment via Credit Card, or when your payment reflects on the Company’s bank statement in the case of payment via EFT. Failure by the Company to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.
Errors
We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Policy.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in all materials, including trademarks, logos, photographs, images, text and other graphics which form part of the Site are owned by the Company alternatively the Company is the lawful user thereof. Such rights are protected by both South African and international intellectual property laws. All data and information communicated to or from the Site and/or any Site information as well as the database is the sole property of the Company.
The Company grants you permission to view, electronically copy and print portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with the Company for any of the Products.
Any use of materials on the Site other than for the purpose noted above including, without limitation, the unauthorised submission, removal, modification, dissemination, copying or distribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content, without the prior written consent of the Company and/or the lawful trademark and/or copyright owner (if applicable), is prohibited and constitutes an unlawful infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Company and/or such trademark and/or copyright owner.

The contents of 4 The Love of Shopping, including any material, information, data, software, icons, text, graphics, layouts, images, sound clips, advertisements, video clips, trade names, logos, trademarks, designs, photos and service marks which are displayed on or incorporated in the website are protected by law, including but not limited to copyright and trademark law. The website content is the property of 4 The Love of Shopping, its advertisers and/or sponsors and/or is licensed to 4 The Love of Shopping.
Any use, distribution or reproduction of the Website Content is prohibited unless expressly authorised in terms of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise provided for in law.
You will not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the Website or the Website Content.
The 4 The Love of Shopping logo and all other marks, logos and trade names appearing on this Site are trademarks of either the Company, its holding company or affiliates in the Republic of South Africa, or of third parties who have authorised the Company to display such trademarks on the Site. Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the trademarks displayed on this Site without the express prior written consent of the Company. Your use of any of the trademarks displayed on the Site or in any of its contents is strictly prohibited. Whilst 4 The Love of Shopping takes reasonable measures to ensure that the content of the Website is accurate and complete, 4 The Love of Shopping makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the quality, timeliness, operation, integrity, availability or functionality of the Website or as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on the Website.
4 The Love of Shopping disclaims liability for any damage, loss or expenses, whether direct, indirect or consequential in nature, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Website and/or any content therein unless otherwise provided by law.
Although Goods sold from the Website may, under certain specifically defined circumstances, be under warranty, the Website itself and all information provided on the Website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or non-infringement, as may be allowed in law.

You accept all risk associated with the existence of such viruses, destructive materials or any other data or code which is able to corrupt, compromise, jeopardise, disrupt, disable, harm or otherwise impede in any manner the operation or content of a computer system, computer network, any handset or mobile device, or your hardware or software, save where such risks arise due to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of 4 The Love of Shopping its employees, or authorised representatives. 4 The Love of Shopping thus disclaims all liability for any damage, loss or liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in in connection with your access to or use of the Website.

4 The Love of Shopping will not be liable for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) or any expense of any nature that may be attributable, directly or indirectly arising from the use or reliance upon this site.
To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
Order Lead-time
The lead times will be deemed to commence on the date and time that 4 The Love of Shopping receives in writing all signed off approvals of the artwork and payment of the funds have been cleared in our bank account.
After you have placed your order you will receive an email to acknowledge the order which will confirm the products you have ordered together with the mechanisms by which payment may be made for the product ordered.
Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order if:
- we do not have the requisite products in stock;
- your payment is not authorised or rejected; or
- you take steps to cancel your order.
4 The Love of Shopping offers delivery via The Courier Guy, delivery is charged bases on location and size of package.
For more information about delivery, please see our Shipping tab. Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you, so please check for the the most up-to-date information. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
Where it accepts your order, 4 The Love of Shopping will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
4 The Love of Shopping’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. 4 The Love of Shopping is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
Deals/Promotions and other discounted Goods
From time to time, we may offer certain Goods at discounted prices as part of a Featured product or any other temporary deal which are explained below (each a “Deal”). These will be subject to certain conditions (as set out in these Terms and/or the Website), which define the scope of the Deal. If you buy a product within the scope of a Deal, you will pay the discounted price for that product (the “Deal Price”).
However, if you buy a product in a manner that falls outside of the scope of a Deal, then you will pay the then current (non-Deal) selling price on the Website (the “Normal Price”), for each product that falls outside the scope of the Deal.
For example: if you buy more than one product in a Daily Deal, you will pay the Deal Price for the first product, but the Normal Price for all products thereafter. Alternatively, if you buy a product in combination with any other products that together do not constitute a Bundle Deal, you will pay the Normal Price for all such products falling outside the scope of the relevant Deal.
Promotional products will not be provided prior to the promotion start date.
Stock in respect of promotions is limited and such promotions will only be available while stocks last. Should stock become depleted during the promotional period, 4 The Love of Shopping will not be able to fulfil further promotional give-aways. 4 The Love of Shopping cannot be held liable once promotional stock has become depleted.

Returns and Refunds
4 The Love of Shopping has agreements with its suppliers with regards to returns in terms of Section 55 of the CPA shall apply mutatis mutandis to the customer, having the effect such that the terms apply directly between the and the supplier of the product that the client wishes to return.
Generally the customer shall be entitled to return to us any defective products provided the customer notify us of their intention to return the product (together with the reason for the return) within seven (7) days of date of purchase.
4 The Love of Shopping will merely act as an intermediately between the customer and the supplier and assist where possible.
Please note that Software that has been opened, Printer Cartridges and CD’S shall not be accepted for returns.
Products being returned that have damage to any barcode, serial number or identification number will not be accepted unfortunately.
All cost relating to the return of items, including but not limited courier cost, shall be payable by the customer. As such, 4 The Love of Shopping will charge a handling fee on returns. Once we have received the product and have confirmed the fault, we shall refund the costs associated with returning the product, to the customer.
If the returned product is deemed to have no fault, the cost of returning the product to the customer will be at their own cost and these returns must be made within seven (7) days of date of purchase.
If the product is unopened the customer is entitled to a full refund that will be issued as long as they return it within seven (7) days of purchase. If the product is opened in any way the company will charge a 25% handling fee that will be deducted from any refund issued to the customer as long as the product is returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
Any product that is returned in a condition that is deemed as unfit for resale, 4 The Love of Shopping reserves the right to refuse the refund and cost of the return courier fees fall solely on the customer.
Please note that any returns due to faults outside the return window of seven (7) days are classified as warranty claims and are to be handled via the manufacturer warranty if applicable. Should no warranty exist for the product in question the company cannot be held responsible in any way for the repairs or replacement of the product.
- Once an order for memory sticks has been collected from us, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it.
- We do not accept returns on discontinued and clearance items.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
Replacement Products and Refunds
Should the Company supply the incorrect Product or if the Product supplied is damaged, the Client shall notify the Company within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Errors and omissions will not be corrected if the Company is not informed within the required 24 hours of receipt of the product. The Company shall exchange the Product for a new one, proved that the damaged or incorrect unit is returned in its original packaging within 10 days of the delivery of the Product to you. Cash refunds will not be given. The Company will replace any damaged or incorrect Product with a new Product within a reasonable amount of time. In the case of refunds, any monies due to you will be paid back into the bank account from which payment was received from you. Due to COVID-19 regulations, any garment to be returned for replacement should not be have been washed or worn. These regulations are stipulated by the manufacturers of our garments.
Cancelling orders
Should the customer choose to cancel their order an admin fee of 5% will be levied for bank charges.
4 The Love of Shopping reserves the right to cancel any special or order without notice. This is regardless of any communication from 4 The Love of Shopping stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email, call or SMS if the order was cancelled and as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for the amount paid.
If you would like to cancel an order this may be done by emailing the Company on info@4theloveofshopping.com. You will be able to cancel an order up until the point a Customised Layout is approved. No penalty charges will be levied against cancelled orders prior to the above mentioned cut-off time. The Company will, however, be entitled to recover from you the direct cost of recovering the Products.
The Company will only accept a cancellation of an order in circumstances where the Products are unbranded and returned to the Company in their original condition together with the packaging within 10 (ten) days after delivery to you, and provided the Products have not been used or otherwise altered in any way whatsoever.
The Company shall be entitled to retain any payment already received from you in respect of delivery fees where a Product has already been delivered to you prior to your cancellation of the order, as set out above. You may return a Product, at your cost, to 4 The Love of Shopping provided you have the original invoice/proof of purchase.
The Company will not be held responsible for incorrect product selection. The Client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to determine that the products ordered are suitable for the purposes for which they are intended.
If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your Credit Card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the Company the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by the Company in respect of any Products already delivered to you, and which you have not returned to the Company as set out above.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, the Company shall be entitled to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration if you should breach any of your obligations.
Unlawful use

Stock Availability
The Company cannot always guarantee the availability of stock. If we are unable to supply each and every product ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered. Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. The Company shall use its reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available.
Under no circumstances will the Company be liable to you for failing to supply Products ordered by you if the shortage of stock or capacity is due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control. In such circumstances, the Company will take reasonable steps to inform you of the shortage of stock or capacity as soon as it is practicable to do so.
4 the love of shopping is an IT Reseller and currently holds very limited stock on premises for several reasons. As such we get our stock straight from our suppliers. All products listed on the website are based on the stock levels provided by our suppliers.
This means there can be cases where they are showing they have stock of something, but it might be on back order and there will be a delay in getting stock. Therefore with some items there may be a delay in getting your order to you in regular delivery time of 2-4 working days.
If we are not able to get you your order within 10 working days you may apply for a refund or find an alternative product which we will be happy to assist with.
Personalized gifts:
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct model, size and colour of the product.
Not every size fits all. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct clothing apparel size is chosen based on the provided sizing chart.
Remember it is the customer responsibility to ensure the correct personalization information is given to 4 The Love of Shopping. This includes any names, surnames, messages and photos.
Unfortunately NO returns on already personalized items will be permitted, so please make sure all the information is 100% correct before making payment and confirming the order for processing as is.
Kindly remember that only certain elements of a item may be personalized. These items include the name, date, message or photo. Products are only personalized as indicated under the ‘Personlized item’ tabs. All other part of the promo item/product/ gift will arrive as shown in the image and cannot be altered. Name, date and message personalization’s are subject to character limitation which means that you only have a certain amount of words to utilize on the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their personalization is within the character limit.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery of the Products at the delivery address chosen by you. Until payment is received in full for any goods sold, ownership in the Products shall remain with the Company and such Products shall be returned and/or surrendered to the Company following receipt of a default notice from the Company.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale in respect of a Product between the Company and you only comes into effect when the Company from the issuing bank receives a Credit Card authorisation or when the Company’s bank statement reflects your payment via EFT, and the order has been invoiced.
The Company reserves the right to:
- refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons, and

A delivery fee will be charged each time Products are delivered to you.
Delivery
Because each day is unique and unpredictable, delivery times unfortunately can’t be guaranteed. Two surprises are so much better than one, so if you’ve ordered more than one item for someone special, each may be delivered separately.
- Deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday.
However, an effort is made to prioritise business deliveries according to standard weekday business hours. Please be aware the closing times for deliveries are subject to change per daily road traffic.
It is unfortunately not possible to leave deliveries unattended at the recipient’s front door. All efforts will, however, be made to deliver at reception, receiving, security or a neighbour if they aren’t available.
Normal delivery procedures involves giving the recipient a call when drivers are at or near the specified address. If the recipient is not available, the sender may also be called. If neither are available, a redelivery will be attempted at a later stage.
Because drivers have to put petal to the metal to ensure all deliveries are made on time, drivers are only able to wait for a recipient for a limited amount of time.
Although seldom charged, a 15% handling fee plus delivery may be added if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, if you’ve changed your mind and wish to cancel or change your order when the product has already left the warehouse, or if the recipient needs to exchange the item for something else.
If your recipient lives somewhere far away and exotic that falls into the extended areas list, the delivery may take between one and two extra days to be delivered.
If your delivery has been attempted more than twice, a handling charge of 15% plus delivery may be charged.
For security reasons, SMS’s may be sent to the recipient before delivery to let them know to expect something special.

Orders above the value of R 2 000.00 (two thousand Rand) being delivered to a single destination point in either Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban or Pretoria on a 3 (three) to 5 (five) day delivery, qualify for 4 The Love of Shopping’s free delivery option. This is subject to certain package size and weight restrictions, please confirm with info@4theloveofshoping.com . As a result, some bulky items on the website do not qualify for free delivery Free Delivery excludes freight insurance which remains the Client’s responsibility.
For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, 4 The Love of Shopping will quote the Client using ‘The Courier Guy’ courier service to effect delivery, and once accepted and paid by the Client, 4 The Love of Shopping will arrange for goods or orders to be delivered to the Client’s address.
Should the Client require freight insurance, the Client is to request same from 4 The Love of Shopping in writing and 4 The Love of Shopping is to accept same. The Client will be liable for the payment of such insurance costs before despatch of the goods/order/s by 4 The Love of Shopping.
The delivery address needs to be easily accessible for the carrier and drop off shall be to the front entrance of the address provided, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times quoted are estimated times only. 4 The Love of Shopping accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damages caused by late delivery or non-delivery, howsoever caused or arising and the Client specifically indemnifies 4 The Love of Shopping as such.
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Client upon the goods being loaded for delivery to the Client’s chosen premises/specified destination.
The Client is expected, in all cases, to take such measures as may be reasonable for the purpose of averting or minimising loss or damages and to ensure that all rights against carriers, or other third parties are properly preserved and exercised. The carrier shall be deemed to be an agent of the Client, irrespective of which party issued the instructions to or paid the carrier.
If goods have to be re-delivered due to refusal to accept delivery or being undeliverable or unclaimed due to incorrect address details provided by the Client or for any other reason due to the Client’s action/omission, the Client will be invoiced for any additional delivery costs.
The Client must report, by recorded delivery, to the carrier any reservations the Client may have concerning the state of the goods or their packaging, within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the delivery time. A copy of these reservations, including a picture (if possible), must be sent to 4 The Love of Shopping within the same time frame. In the absence of notice accordingly, the Client shall be deemed to have received and have accepted the goods in good order and condition as dispatched, delivered and invoiced by 4 The Love of Shopping.
The Client is expected to inspect the goods on delivery and to verify specifications and quantity. Goods may not be returned, and deliveries may not be refused except by prior arrangement with 4 The Love of Shopping. If any goods sold to the Client do not accord with specifications, the Client shall notify 4 The Love of Shopping in writing immediately upon the defect becoming known to the Client and, provided the Client does so within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of delivery of the defective goods to the Client. 4 The Love of Shopping may, at its discretion, replace any goods which were sold by 4 The Love of Shopping directly to the Client and which goods are not in accordance with 4 The Love of Shopping’s specifications.
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk, ownership of the goods remains vested in 4 The Love of Shopping until such time as the Client shall have effected full payment, including any related costs, in accordance with the invoice. “Payment” signifies the receipt of the amount due in terms of invoice/statement in the bank account of 4 The Love of Shopping. Until such time as the Client shall have paid the invoice in full for such goods, the Client shall not, otherwise than in the ordinary course of business, sell, pledge or otherwise encumber the goods concerned and shall not remove such goods from the business premises of the Client without prior written consent from 4 The Love of Shopping. If third parties attempt to assert or substantiate rights over the goods, the Client is obliged to inform 4 The Love of Shopping any such action immediately, and 4 The Love of Shopping shall be entitled to take whatever action it may deem fit to protect its rights, including cancellation of the sale and repossession of the goods. In the event of any such cancellation of sale, the Client undertakes to look after and keep the goods safe until repossessed by 4 The Love of Shopping, and, upon request from 4 The Love of Shopping, the Client undertakes to hand over and return the goods to 4 The Love of Shopping.
Unless the Client’s order specifically states a date on or before which delivery is required and such date or any other delivery date is accepted by 4 The Love of Shopping in writing, orders will be accepted for delivery as and when goods can be made available by 4 The Love of Shopping and 4 The Love of Shopping is entitled to execute orders in part deliveries.
Notwithstanding the aforegoing and any contrary provision which may be contained in the 4 The Love of Shopping terms and conditions, the time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and the Client shall not be entitled to cancel any agreement of sale should 4 The Love of Shopping fail to deliver the goods on the agreed date.

The Client is to place orders with 4 The Love of Shopping on the website thereafter any additional information and artwork may be sent via email at info@4theloveofshopping.com. Orders shall only be regarded as accepted upon written confirmation thereof by 4 The Love of Shopping.
4 The Love of Shopping will execute the Client’s order/s once the payment is made by the Client, written confirmation of the order has been provided to the Client by 4 The Love of Shopping and the supplier has confirmed that the stock to be ordered is available.
As stock changes occur on a daily basis, stock availability cannot be guaranteed by 4 The Love of Shopping until the payment has been paid, the confirmation of order has been signed and the stock availability has subsequently been confirmed by the supplier.
4 The Love of Shopping is entitled to refuse any order placed by the Client.
The Client acknowledges that it is the Client’s sole responsibility to determine and ensure that the products ordered are correct and suitable to its intended purpose. 4 The Love of Shopping will not be liable, in any manner of form, for incorrect product selection by the Client.

Lead times for orders will be deemed to commence on the date and time that 4 The Love of Shopping received all signed off approvals of the artwork and payment of the funds have cleared in 4 The Love of Shopping’s bank account.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations for that order will only be entertained if no branding has taken place and will be subject to a 25% (twenty five per cent) handling and administration fee. A further R 350.00 (three hundred and fifty Rand) per artwork layout will be charged if artwork layouts were created.
No cancellations of an order will be accepted on any branded items, custom made items or specially imported items and the Client shall be liable for full payment of the order.
Orders may be cancelled by 4 The Love of Shopping in any case of fortuitous events or any other circumstances whatsoever beyond its control.
Fully paid orders that remain uncollected or undeliverable for 30 (thirty) calendar days will be donated to local charities.
Tips to help prepare your artwork
- All fonts must be converted to curves to avoid font substitutions.
- Please include font and size if typesetting is requested.
- Artwork for multi-colour imprints should be sent as a colour separated file (exceptions: digital printing).
- Formats we do not accept: Word files, .gif, .jpeg (under 600dpi), Power Point.
- Please forward the electronic artwork directly to info@4theloveofshopping.com
- Upon written approval of layouts please confirm with 4 The Love of Shopping via the email provided above that they have received your signoff.
- 4 The Love of Shopping cannot take responsibility for non-delivery of orders if layout approval is not received.
- Branding will only commence once full payment for stock and branding has been received and artwork has been approved.
Delivery dates are quoted from the day after artwork approval and receipt of payment – whichever is later.
Amendments made to proofs will result in a delay to delivery date. Should you require changes, we will issue a new layout for final proofing before production commences.
Artwork fees:
- Artwork received in the correct format will not be charged for.
- Artwork not received in the correct format will attract a redrawing fee of R250.This fee will accommodate 1 further change to the layouts, where after any additional changes will be charged for at R150.
- Branding cancelled after layouts have been generated will be charged for at R150 per layout completed.
Once branding has been delivered by 4 The Love of Shopping, 4 The Love of Shopping has no control over it. As such we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not reported within 24 hours.
4 The Love of Shopping cannot accept returns on incorrect items which have already been branded regardless of whether it’s 4 The Love of Shopping’s fault or not.
Please make sure all details are 100% of all the details regarding your order.
- Day 1 of branding is the day after receipt of both artwork approval and payment
- Lead times exclude weekends, South-African public holidays and 4 The Love of Shopping’s annual shutdown period.
4 The Love of Shopping Branding cancellation policy :
- Written orders constitute a binding contract and are legally enforceable.
- Once an order to the value of R5000 or more has been emailed, cancellations prior to collection will be subject to a 15% handling and admin fee.
- Branding will not commence until full payment has been received. Any orders not paid for within 10 working days will be deemed to have been cancelled, products will be put back to stock and a 15% handling charge will be levied where the invoice value is R5000 or more.
- In the case of cancelled orders where layouts have been done, a layout fee of R150 per layout will be levied, irrespective of whether we are able to meet your deadline or not, unless the branding deadline has been indicated to you by 4 The Love of Shopping upon placement of order.
- Delivered orders may not be returned, unless approved in writing by 4 The Love of Shopping within 48 hours of delivery, subject to a 25% handling and admin fee..
- Once stock of an item that is on special or discontinued has been collected no returns will be accepted, unless said stock is faulty.
- Cancellation fees need to be paid before further orders will be processed.
Orders may only be placed online. No emailed, or verbal orders will be accepted.
Skins
Where skins are available for sale as stand-alone items, 4 The Love of Shopping is able to refit skins onto 4 The Love of Shopping -purchased hardware. Should a client request that 4 The Love of Shopping refit skins, the return of hardware to 4 The Love of Shopping will be for the client’s account and once complete, 4 The Love of Shopping will inform you and collection arrangements can be made.
- Refitting of skins by 4 The Love of Shopping is subject to inspection of the relevant hardware. If the existing hardware is faulty or damaged, 4 The Love of Shopping will not be able to refit skins.
If the client is reskinning hardware themselves it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the hardware is not faulty or damaged. 4 The Love of Shopping cannot be held liable for skins purchased that cannot be fitted properly due to faulty or damaged hardware.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they order the correct skin for the correct display unit.
Reskinning is specifically tailored to fit to 4 The Love of Shopping display hardware. 4 The Love of Shopping cannot be held responsible for any skins purchased to fit third party hardware.
All artwork must be created in CMYK and Pantone colours must be included as a Pantone solid coated spot within the print file supplied. Please note failing this will result in no colour matching taking place.
Due to the limited colour gamut of various digital CMYK print methods not all Pantone colours can be achieved. We endeavour to match as close as possible and colour variation will take place on different materials, e.g. PVC versus fabric.
Fluorescent and metallic Pantones cannot be matched. Only a tonal representation thereof can be achieved.
- Digital Dye Sublimation is not designed for constant, long-term exposure to sunlight.
- Overexposure to sunlight will reduce the longevity of the print.

Display repair policy
Display hardware purchased from 4 The Love of Shopping comes with a 3 year limited mechanical repair warranty.
The warranty excludes display hardware that has been mishandled, abused or not used for its intended purpose.
Display hardware that is under warranty and requires repair must be returned to 4 The Love of Shopping at the clients own expense. All broken or damaged parts must be included.
Samples
The Client acknowledges that it is the Client’s sole responsibility to determine and ensure that the products ordered are correct and suitable to its intended purpose. 4 The Love of Shopping will not be liable, in any manner of form, for incorrect product selection by the Client. For this reason, 4 The Love of Shopping strongly recommends that the Client views and verifies the correct product before placing the order.
First time Clients are entitled to one free sample to the value of R 20.00 (twenty Rand).
Existing Clients are entitled to one free sample to the value of R 50.00 (fifty Rand). All free samples are unbranded. The cost of delivering and returning free samples, is the responsibility of the Client. 4 The Love of Shopping does not dispatch to post office boxes and free samples cannot be collected.
Samples may be purchased through 4 The Love of Shopping and delivery fees will be applicable and for the clients account.
All sample orders need to be paid for if the Client proceeds to place an order after purchasing a sample, the Client will be refunded in full for said sample.
Sample products with a value of less than R 150.00 (one hundred and fifty Rand) may not be returned for a refund. Sample products with a value over R 150.00 (one hundred and fifty Rand) may be returned within 5 (five) business days from date of purchase for credit or a refund, at the discretion of 4 The Love of Shopping. Sample products returned after 5 (five) business days will not be refunded or credited. The costs of returning samples are for the Client’s account.
Importantly, when returning samples, the original invoice relevant to the samples needs to accompany the returned goods before a credit note will be issued and or a refund processed, the products must be in its original condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Damaged product samples or product samples with damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
It may take up to a week to carefully check samples that are returned and once we are satisfied that samples are fit for resale we will issue the refund or credit note.
- 4 The Love of Shopping reserves the right to, at its discretion, refuse dispatch of any product sample.
- No returns accepted for white and drinkware samples, due to discolouration and safety reasons.
- Unfortunately, no returns accepted for USB and Powerbank samples.
Artwork For Branded Orders
4 The Love of Shopping will provide the Client with an artwork approval via e-mail or another electronic format. The artwork will illustrate the appearance of the Client’s logo or other image, as provided to 4 The Love of Shopping by the Client, on the chosen product. The Client needs to sign off the artwork and no further services will be rendered by 4 The Love of Shopping until 4 The Love of Shopping is in receipt of the duly completed signed off artwork approval.
The Client is to specifically indicate, in writing, whether permanent branding is required.
The delivery date may be affected if changes to the artwork are requested by the Client as the changes require a new layout which will need approval and sign off by the Client again. 4 The Love of Shopping shall not be responsible or liable for delays in delivery caused by artwork changes. Any changes requested and made subsequent to approval of the artwork and subsequent to plates/screens being made shall incur additional costs for the Client.
The Client is to approve the artwork within 7 (seven) calendar days from the final artwork layout being sent to the Client, failing which the stock will be returned to the warehouse and a cancellation fee equal to 25% (twenty-five per centum) of the total value of the order shall be charged. No artwork approvals will be accepted telephonically.
The Client is to partake in the process of reviewing and checking the artwork for spelling mistakes and errors relating to e.g. item colors, sizing and image locations and is to do so before signing off and approving the artwork/order. 4 The Love of Shopping shall not be responsible or liable for erroneous interpretations of the artwork/order, typographical errors overlooked and later approved by the Client and/or any damages suffered by the Client as a result of the erroneous artwork/order being printed as accepted and approved by the Client.
The Client specifically acknowledges that layouts sent in color via email are not necessarily a true reflection of the color but a mere indication of what the product will look like due to the variations in computer monitor coloring. Printing colors will be matched as close as possible to Pantone colors or swatches supplied. 4 The Love of Shopping cannot guarantee a 100% color match due to the different materials used in promotional products.
Payment And Release Of Orders
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, no 68 of 2008, as amended, if applicable, all prices/rates are subject to alteration without notice, and orders will be processed at the price/rate applicable at time of dispatch. All prices/rates quoted by 4 The Love of Shopping are based on, but not limited to, foreign exchange, freight-/ insurance-/landing charges, dock-/customs-/import duties, rail- and statutory wage rates applicable at the time of negotiations for the purchase of the goods to which the invoice in question relates, and consequently, any variation in such prices/rates will be for the account and be borne by the Client, with notice.
Returns
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to a designated collection point in its original packaging, regardless of the reason for the returns.
All requests for returns or credit must be initiated in writing by the Client. No items may be returned or exchanged unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from 4 The Love of Shopping. Any goods returned at the Client’s request may be returned by courier which expense will be paid for by the Client. Returns of non-faulty items may incur handling- or administration fees of 25% (twenty-five per cent) of the total value of the order.
4 The Love of Shopping may replace any goods which were sold by 4 The Love of Shopping directly to the Client and which goods are not in accordance with specifications, or alternatively (provided that the goods have not been damaged in any way whatsoever subsequent to it being dispatched or delivered to the Client, as the case may be), at 4 The Love of Shopping’s option, 4 The Love of Shopping shall be entitled to take the goods back, refunding the Client with the purchase price paid or by way of credit in favour of the Client.
Any returns or replacements for incorrect goods, not limited to incorrect branding, should be initiated in writing by the Client, in no more than Five (5) days from receiving the order.
Any complaint received after the Five(5) day mark will be investigated, but we cannot guarantee a resolve.
Branded goods and memory sticks may not, regardless of fault, be returned.
4 The Love of Shopping is unable to provide a refund if the amount is less than R50.00 (fifty Rand). Any refund less than R50.00 (fifty Rand) will be credited to the client’s account and set off against the Client’s next order.
Refunds shall be processed within 30 (thirty) days from acceptance of the return by 4 The Love of Shopping.
Online Orders (purchases made through “Add To Cart”): The provision of goods and services by 4 The Love of Shopping.com is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, 4 The Love of Shopping will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee.
Errors
4 The Love of Shopping takes all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid.

No indulgence, extension of time, relaxation or latitude which any party (the “grantor”) may show grant or allow to the other (the “grantee”) shall constitute a waiver by the grantor of any of the grantor’s rights and the grantor shall not thereby be prejudiced or stopped from exercising any of its rights against the grantee which may have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future.
These Terms and Conditions contain the whole agreement between you and 4 The Love of Shopping and no other warranty or undertaking is valid, unless contained in this document between the parties.
